The Pet Parent acknowledges that active participation, consistency, and commitment are essential for the success of the dog’s training program. Pet Parents are expected to participate in scheduled training sessions, follow the trainer’s instructions, and consistently practice the recommended exercises at home.
Regular involvement helps reinforce learned behaviors and supports the dog’s overall progress. Failure to follow the training guidelines, repeated absence from scheduled sessions, or lack of cooperation may affect the training outcome. In such cases, PINGAKSH K9 UNIT reserves the right to review or discontinue the dog’s enrollment in the training program.
For better and more effective results, we recommend starting training when the puppy is approximately 3–4 months old. Dogs beginning training at a later age may require additional sessions to complete Basic or Advanced Obedience Training.
Dogs requiring specific behavioral correction, including aggression, excessive barking, fear, anxiety, reactivity, or other behavioral concerns, may require additional or specialized training sessions depending on their individual needs and progress.
The total fee for the selected training program will be mutually agreed upon and communicated to the Pet Parent before commencement of the program.
Any additional sessions, specialized behavioral training, extended training periods, or additional services requested during the program may be charged separately after prior communication with the Pet Parent.
The training program may be extended if the trainer determines that additional sessions are necessary for the dog’s effective learning, behavioral improvement, safety, or overall well-being. Any applicable additional charges will be communicated to the Pet Parent before the extension.
The duration and number of training sessions may vary depending on the Pet Parent’s requirements, the dog’s age, breed, temperament, behavior, learning ability, previous training experience, consistency of practice, and individual progress.
Successful completion of Basic Obedience Training is generally required before a dog can enroll in Advanced Obedience Training or other specialized training programs offered by PINGAKSH K9 UNIT.
The trainer may assess the dog before recommending progression to an advanced or specialized program.
The objective of the training program is to establish a strong foundation of obedience, discipline, communication, and companionship between the dog and the Pet Parent/Handler.
Training does not end with the completion of scheduled sessions. Pet Parents are responsible for consistently practicing and reinforcing the techniques taught by PINGAKSH K9 UNIT at home and during everyday activities. Consistency is essential to help the dog maintain good behavior and develop into a responsible canine companion.
At PINGAKSH K9 UNIT, we believe in supporting Pet Parents beyond the completion of the training program. Where applicable, our trainers may continue to provide guidance through refresher sessions, telephone consultations, and WhatsApp communication whenever reasonably required.
Refresher or additional training sessions may be chargeable depending on the nature and duration of the support required.
Every dog is different, and training results may vary depending on factors such as age, breed, temperament, previous experiences, behavioral history, health, environment, Pet Parent involvement, and consistency of practice.
While PINGAKSH K9 UNIT will use professional training methods and reasonable efforts to achieve the objectives of the selected program, specific behavioral outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed within a fixed number of sessions.
Pet Parents must inform PINGAKSH K9 UNIT about any known behavioral concerns, aggression, biting history, medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medication, or other information that may affect the dog’s training or safety.
Providing complete and accurate information helps our trainers plan appropriate and safe training sessions for the dog, Pet Parent, trainer, and others involved.
By enrolling a dog in a training program with PINGAKSH K9 UNIT, the Pet Parent confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and agree to cooperate with the trainer throughout the training program.
